On Friday, June 28th, 46 managers from Fulton County Government graduated from the prestigious Certified Public Manager Program at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia.   The Fulton County Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities had three managers in the graduating class.

Although metropolitan Atlanta experienced severe thunderstorms & heavy rain on Saturday, June 8th, that didn‚Äôt stop Erika Williams ‚Äď Walker, (FAR LEFT) Behavioral Health Program Manager, from going out into the inclement weather to participate on panel that discussed resources for people living with mental illness. ¬† The program was titled ‚ÄúIntroduction to Behavioral Health and Addictive Diseases‚ÄĚ and was held at the East Point City Annex in East Point, GA. ¬† ¬†This event was sponsored by NAMI Georgia, Georgia Association of Community Service Boards, Inc. & Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Foundation. ¬† ¬† ¬† ¬†
