Services for Seniors | Print |

The Fulton County Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities offers extensive behavioral health and substance services that are specifically designed to meet the needs of seniors.

In addition, we  launched a monthly educational series for seniors that is taught by a licensed behavioral health clinician.   This innovative initiative is called  "Good Mental Health is Ageless".

You are invited to sit, relax and enjoy these fun-filled and informative sessions that forms a part of our Healthy Living Initiative.     These educational forums occur at the four Senior Multipurpose Centers operated by Fulton County Government.      Good Mental Health is Ageless presentations  offer a comfortable environment  for learning about mental health and developing helpful habits that enable you to better manage stress.   A well-balanced approach to healthy living must include attention to the mind and  body.

The Fulton County Senior Multipurpose Centers are located at the following:

  • Dorothy C. Benson Senior Multipurpose Facility, 6500 Vernon Woods Drive, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.   (404) 705-4900
