Cable Franchise Agreement

The attached agreements were executed under Intermedia and Media One in April 1999. Both cable companies were merged with AT&T Comcast in 2002. Subsequently, Comcast of Georgia, Inc and Comcast of Georgia/Michigan, LP (collectively, Comcast) are the cable company referred to in the Cable Franchise Agreement for Unincorporated Fulton County.

New State-wide Cable/Video Franchise Law Approved
The Georgia General Assembly has approved and Governor Sonny Perdue has signed a state-wide cable/video franchise law. The new state-wide franchise allows cable/video providers to by pass Local Franchising Authorities in obaining franchises with local governing authorities. The new state-wide franchise is effective July 1, 2007. The state-wide franchise was designed to provide competition and lower cable/video rates. AT&T is working to introduce its new video services in Georgia some times in early 2008.

AT&T has filed an application with the Secretary of State to offer cable/video service.
