Paid Lobbyist Registration and Report Filing Instructions

Any Paid Lobbyist, as defined by the resolution adopted by the Fulton County Board of Commissioners item# 03-1405 on November 19, 2003, who are required to register with the State Ethics Commission shall also register with Fulton County by providing the following to the Fulton County Board of Ethics Office of the Clerk to the Commission :

1. A $10.00 administrative filing fee payable in cash only.

2. A copy of the lobbyist registration form filed with the State Ethics Commission, including each renewal and supplement to the Clerk to the Commission, within three (3) business days following the applicable deadline for filing the same with the State Ethics Commission.

3. A copy of the lobbyist report form filed with the State Ethics Commission to the Clerk to the Commission within three (3) business days following the applicable deadline for filing the same with the State Ethics Commission.
