The Fulton County Probate Court has a unique tool designed to help Fulton County Citizens with the complicated task of handling a decedent's estate. This tool is called the Probate Information Center (PIC). If you have questions concerning the duties and responsibilities as a Personal Representative (Administrator/Executor) of a decedent's estate, you now have somewhere to turn for that legal guidance. You can receive a free 30-minute consultation with an attorney to help with the day to day work of taking care of a decedent's affairs. This includes issues involving debts, claims, or expenses and how to update a title on real estate. For an appointment please call (404) 612-5985 and leave a message. Someone from the Probate Court will return your call.
If you can't make your appointment or need to reschedule, please call the same number and let the Probate Court staff know so they can reschedule your appointment.
The Probate Information Center is a joint project of the Probate Court of Fulton County, the Probate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. PIC appointments are held on two Mondays each month, from 12:30 - 4:30pm at the Fulton County Probate Court Clerk's office located on the second floor at 136 Pryor Street, SW, Atlanta Georgia.
