As a result of 2010 Census data, Fulton County has seen a surge in seniors 55 and older. The active “Baby Boomer” generation (55+) continues to fill senior centers and search for services for their aging parents and themselves. Seniors 65 and older are participating heavily in neighborhood centers throughout the County.  In response to the growing need, Fulton County wants first-hand knowledge of what residents need.

The Superior Court of Fulton County announces the start of a new Failure to Appear Initiative designed to make citizens more responsive to juror summonses while educating them on the importance of jury duty notices.

Repairs Expected To Take Several Days

The Fulton County Department of Water Resources is working on an improvement to its water system. The work will involve the installation of a 54-inch water main along Buice Road beginning at the Jones Bridge Road intersection and continuing north.

For the second time in a row, Fulton County Government has received an A+ from the Sunshine Review for its transparency in providing information through the county website. Fulton County is one of only three counties in the State of Georgia to receive an A+ rating.

511 Mobile App will provide events, location-specific retail offers and real-time traffic updates

Fulton County recently announced a partnership today with 511Live to sponsor the Georgia 511 Travel Information System in an effort to launch the county's FulCo2GO mobile technology program.

Fulton on the Radio, featuring Fulton Focus is a monthly radio program, sponsored by Fulton County and aired on WCLK, Jazz 91.9 the fourth Saturday of every month at 7:30 a.m. 

The program is produced by the Fulton County Office of Communications.
