PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LOGIC & ACCURACY TESTING

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-374 (b) and O.C.G.A §21-2-379(c) notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing of the voting equipment to be used in the June 18, 2024, General Primary Runoff Election. L&A Testing will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.

L&A will continue daily from approximately 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and will continue day to day until completed. The estimated completion date is June 15, 2024. You may contact our main office number to be advised of any L&A daily time schedule adjustments and/or if L&A has concluded at 404-612-7020.

The testing and equipment storage will be conducted at the:
Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC)
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road
Fairburn, GA 30213

The logic and accuracy testing process is open to the public.

NOTICE OF CONSOLIDATION

In compliance with the Georgia Election Code Section 21-2-492, notice is hereby given that the computation and canvassing of the returns of votes cast in the June 18, 2024, General Primary Runoff Election will be made at the Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections, Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC) located at 5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, Fairburn, Georgia, 30213 beginning at 7 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, June 18, 2024.

NOTICE TO PROCESS ABSENTEE BALLOTS EARLY

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-386(a)(2)(A) notice is hereby given that the processing and scanning of Absentee Ballots for the June 18, 2024, General Primary Runoff Election will commence on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. at the following location:
Fulton County Election Hub and Operations Center
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, Fairburn, GA 30213

Early processing will continue daily from approximately 8 a.m. to 6 p.m, Monday through Friday and will continue day to day until completed. The completion date is June 21, 2024, Friday at 6 p.m.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-386(4) notice is hereby given that early tabulation of Absentee ballots for the June 18, 2024, General Primary Runoff Election will commence at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 and continue until completion at the following location:
