Home Buyer Assistance Program

Fulton County's NSP is a great opportunity to purchase a house below market value and you do not have to be a first time homebuyer. Fulton County Housing and Human Services Department administers two rounds of HUD funded NSP designed to address the housing foreclosure crisis:
NSP 1: Authorized under Title III of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008, H.R. 3221

Fulton County entered into partnership with two Development Partners specifically contracted to perform the single-family foreclosed property acquisitions. These partners have available affordable houses for those interested in becoming homeowners. Under the NSP, you must purchase these homes in the Partners inventory. The process should be simple and straight forward; you may call or visit both of these partners' sites to get started.
