WorkSource Fulton Offers Work Experience Opportunities for Youth | Print |

Fulton County seeks youth, ages 16-24 who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Food Stamps, Section 8, and free or reduced price lunches to apply for the Summer Youth Work Experience program (WEX).The program offers the following:

•                     Six weeks of work experience
•                     29 hours per week
•                     $10.00 per hour
•                     Worksites in a variety of career fields

Youth Work Experience focuses on the following employment training for future success:

•                     Job Readiness
•                     Job Shadowing
•                     Leadership Development
•                     Occupational Skills Training
•                     Financial Literacy
•                     Entrepreneurial Skills
