Comments Sought on Fulton County 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act |
Fulton County residents are invited to comment on a grant application that will help Fulton pay for activities that prevent and control crime.
Monday, April 27th, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. is the deadline to submit comments on the Fulton County 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program proposal. JAG helps governments thwart crime by funding local initiatives, technical assistance, training, personnel, equipment, supplies, contractual support, and information systems for criminal justice.
Fulton County is required by the U.S. Department of Justice-Office of Justice Programs to solicit citizen comments on the JAG proposed projects.
