VENDOR TRAINING CLASSES

COVID-19 UPDATE - March 18, 2020

Due to the County’s Action Plan to COVID-19 concerns, the Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance will reschedule all Pre-Proposal/Pre-Bid Conferences and Facility/Site visits until a later date and has issued an addendum to extend due dates for all Open Projects (projects currently advertised on the Bid Board) until April 15, 2020. If the situation changes, any updates will be issued via an Addendum. If you have specific questions regarding a project, please email the Purchasing Representative identified in the Addendum.

Fulton County Government takes the safety and health of our business community and staff very seriously and we urge everyone to follow the guidelines and protocols issued by public health officials.

The Department of Purchasing offers free workshops for vendors who want to do business with Fulton County Government and want to understand the procurement process.

HOW TO DO BUSINESS WITH FULTON COUNTY CLASS

The "How to do Business with Fulton County" training includes how to register to become eligible for doing business with the County, general information about the procurement process, and on-line training on how to respond electronically to e-Quotes and Invitation to Bid for Commodities. 

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CLASS

The "Request for Proposal" workshop will provide an overview of the RFP preparation and evaluation processes.
