COVID-19 Testing Available for Qualified Fulton County Residents 

  • Adult age 60 or older
  • Patient with serious chronic medical conditions like: heart disease, diabetes, or lung disease
  • Caregiver for elderly (age 60 or older)
  • Caregiver for immune-compromised person
  • First responder who is critical to the epidemic response
  • Healthcare worker
  • Person who lives or works in a congregate setting like: a nursing home, assisted living facility, or jail

Fulton County Adult Behavioral Health Operating Hours 

For existing clients only, The Center for Health & Rehabilitation services available two days per week - Tuesday & Thursday from 8:30 AM – 5 PM. Please call 404-730-9626 to schedule an appointment for medication refills or injections only.

If you need to speak to a counselor for support between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday – Friday while the clinic is closed, please call 470-230-0840

If you are in crisis, please call the Georgia Crisis and Access Line at 1-800-715-4225, help is available 24/7/365.
