The Fulton County Department of Registration & Elections is responsible for conducting elections for Fulton County registered voters, working in partnership with the Fulton County Board of Registration & Elections (BRE). Election Notices December 2 and 16 Elections

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-374 (b) and O.C.G.A §21-2-379.25(c) notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy (L&A) testing of the voting equipment to be used in the December 2, 2025, General Municipal Runoff Election, will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

  • Begin: November 11, 2025, at 10 a.m.
  • L&A will continue daily until completed:
    • Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
    • Saturday and Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The estimated completion date is November 29, 2025.

You may contact our main office number to be advised of any L&A daily time schedule adjustments and/or if L&A has concluded at 404-612-7020.

The testing and equipment storage will be conducted at the:
Fulton County Election Hub & Operation Center (EHOC)
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road
Union City, GA 30213

The logic and accuracy testing process is open to the public.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-386(a)(2)(A) notice is hereby given that the processing and scanning of Absentee Ballots for the December 2, 2025, General Municipal Runoff Election will commence on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 8 a.m. at the following location:
Fulton County Election Hub and Operations Center
5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, Fairburn, GA 30213

Early processing will continue daily from approximately 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will continue day to day until completed. The completion date is December 5, 2025, Friday at 5 p.m.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-386(4) notice is hereby given that early tabulation of Absentee ballots for December 2, 2025, General Municipal Runoff Election will commence at 2:00pm on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, and continue until completion at the following location:

In compliance with the Georgia Election Code Section 21-2-492, notice is hereby given that the computation and canvassing of the returns of votes cast in the December 2, 2025, General Municipal Runoff Election will be made at the Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections, Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC) located at:

5600 Campbellton Fairburn Road, Fairburn, Georgia, 30213 beginning at 7pm on Election Day, Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

    • Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
    • Saturday and Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
