Public Facility Weather Closure

Fulton County offices and facilities will close to the public on Monday, January 26, 2026.  This includes Fulton County courthouses, all government centers, libraries, senior centers, behavioral health and developmental disabilities facilities, and tax offices. Code of Law

The Code of Laws of Fulton County includes Georgia laws applicable to Counties, as well as Fulton County Ordinances and Resolutions, adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Fulton County. The Fulton County Code of Laws is the index of county legislation that purports the exhaustive system of laws as it existed at the time the code was enacted and all amendments, by a process of codification.
