Public Facility Weather Closure

Fulton County offices and facilities will close to the public on Monday, January 26, 2026.  This includes Fulton County courthouses, all government centers, libraries, senior centers, behavioral health and developmental disabilities facilities, and tax offices. HIV Services

Fulton County is committed to serving those in our community living with HIV, and working with those at risk to reduce new cases of HIV.

  • The Fulton County Board of Health provides HIV prevention services through testing and a PrEP Clinic.
  • The Fulton County Department of HIV Elimination (previously known as Office of Ryan White) administers funding for numerous programs in Fulton County and around metro Atlanta that serve those living with HIV, including core health services, behavioral health services, dental services, and more.
  • In addition, the Fulton County Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities provides behavioral health and addiction treatment services for all Fulton County residents, including those living with HIV.
