The Fulton County Department of Registration & Elections is responsible for conducting elections for Fulton County registered voters, working in partnership with the Fulton County Board of Registration & Elections (BRE). Election Notices november 4 & 18 elections
Notice for Logic and Accuracy Testing - November 4 election
Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-374 (b) and O.C.G.A §21-2-379.25(c), notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy (L&A) testing of the voting equipment to be used in the November 4, 2025, Public Service Commission/ General Municipal and Special Election will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025.
- Begin: October 6, 2025, at 10 a.m.
- L&A will continue daily until completed:
o Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
o Saturday and Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
If needed, General Municipal and Special Runoff Election shall be held on December 2, 2025. L&A for the December 2 Runoff will commence on November 11, 2025, and will continue day to day until completed. The estimated completion date is November 29, 2025.

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LOGIC & ACCURACY TESTING - November 18 Election
Pursuant to O.C.G.A §21-2-374 (b) and O.C.G.A §21-2-379.25(c) notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy (L&A) testing of the voting equipment to be used in the November 18, 2025, Special Election for Senate District 35 will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025.
Begin: October 13, 2025, at 10 a.m.
L&A will continue daily until completed:
o Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
o Saturday and Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
If needed, Special Runoff Election shall be held on December 16, 2025. L&A for the December 16 Runoff will commence on December 1, 2025, and will continue day to day until completed. The estimated completion date is December 13, 2025.

Notice to Process Absentee Ballots Early
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §21-2-386(a)(2)(A) notice is hereby given that the processing and scanning of Absentee Ballots for the November 4, 2025, Public Service Commission, General Municipal and Special Election will commence on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 8 a.m. at the following location:

Early processing will continue daily from approximately 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will continue day to day until completed. The completion date is November 7, 2025, Friday at 5 p.m.

Notice of Consolidation
In compliance with the Georgia Election Code Section 21-2-492, notice is hereby given that the computation and canvassing of the returns of votes cast in the November 4, 2025, Public Service, General Municipal, and Special Election will be made at the Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections, Election Hub and Operation Center (EHOC) located at:

Notice of Risk Limiting Audit
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-498(b)(c) a Risk Limiting Audit (RLA) shall be selected by the Secretary of State for the November 4, 2025 Public Service Commission District 2 & 3 Special Runoff Election. The ballots to be audited shall be selected by the Secretary of State and shall be publicly announced and published on the Secretary of State webpage. The Risk Limiting Audit shall be open to the public and will take place at the following location, dates, and hours:
