Fulton County issues a number of different permits and inspections for businesses. 

Environmental health inspections, including restaurant inspections, public pool inspections and hotel/motel inspections, are managed through the Fulton County Board of Health, Environmental Health Division.

Fulton County issues business licenses for businesses located in the Fulton Industrial District. Other business licenses are issued within each city.

In addition, the Atlanta-Fulton County Emergency Management Agency is responsible for E-Plan Tier II Reporting.
