The Clerk to the Commission is officially responsible for the County seal and the retention and preservation of official records, including meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, ordinances, and appointments to more than 60 county-appointed boards and authorities. The Clerk to the Commission's primary role is to efficiently and effectively manage the goals and expectations of the Board of Commissioners.

Starting Wednesday, February 7, 2024, residents have three options to participate in public comment: in person, virtually via Zoom or in writing via email.

All virtual public comments and requests to speak in person must be submitted before the clerk sounds the start of the 10 a.m. meeting. During its January 16 Special Called Meeting, the Board of Commissioners approved a change regarding submission and presentation of all written email comments.

All written email public comments will now be accepted by the Board of Commissioners by close of business the Monday before the scheduled meeting. Submitted written email public comments will be provided to each Board Member the following Tuesday.

To submit a public comment in writing for the February 7 Board of Commissioners Meeting, residents can email Public.Comment@fultoncountyga.gov
