Cyber Incident Response Guide

Justice Services Guide

In light of a recent cybersecurity breach, Fulton County's justice technology systems have been compromised. Despite this, the justice system remains functional, though the breach has notably affected a variety of services within the Fulton County justice framework.

This guide is designed to offer comprehensive details on the services impacted within the system, categorized by agency for ease of navigation.

Key Guidelines for System-Wide Compliance:

  • Individuals who have received summons from any justice agency within Fulton County are urged to adhere strictly to the directives provided in the summons document.
  • Jurors are reminded to follow all provided instructions meticulously.
  • Visitors to the Courthouse are advised to come prepared with documents detailing their case number and the designated courtroom, to facilitate smoother processing.

This guide aims to assist in navigating the temporarily altered landscape of the Fulton County justice system with minimal disruption.
