Passports

The Fulton County Clerk of Superior & Magistrate Courts partners directly with the U.S. Department of State to assist customers with processing passport applications. While the Clerk's office acts as an application adjudicating agency, we are not the direct issuing agency of the actual passport.  Read through the requirements and view the FAQs below.

Passport Applications
Customers can complete the applications onsite; however, it is recommend that they have it completed prior to coming into the office.  To complete and print out an online passport application, please click on the Online Passport Application link.
