We prosecute criminal misdemeanor offenses. The State Expedited Accusation (SEA) Calendar is a daily (Monday – Saturday) hearing at 2 pm that addresses new criminal cases while the accused person is in custody. If a final disposition is not reached at the SEA hearing, the next hearing will be the State All Purpose Calendar, which is approximately 7-10 days later.
