Fulton County reopens more of its' libraries, this time it's the Adamsville Collier Heights Branch and the Ponce De Leon Branch. Chairman Robb Pitts District 7 and District 4 Vice-Chair Natalie Hall speak on how the newly renovated libraries and how it will positively impact the community.
