An uptick in COVID-19 cases has county leaders modifying their pandemic plan once again. County Manager Dick Anderson discusses how the trends show no prospect of abating. The daily case rate is up to 350, while the positivity rate is over 10 percent when the benchmark is 5 percent. Watch Video
