The 8th annual It Takes a Village Back to School Giveaway was held at Louise Watley Library at Southeast Atlanta. According to District 5 Commissioner Marvin S. Arrington Jr, "If we get them off to the right start the rest is up to them, but we can make sure that they at least have have the pencils and the paper and the bookbags that they need to be ready on day one."
