District 5 Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr., a filmmaker in his own right, lent his expertise to a panel discussion during the 4th annual Morehouse College Human Rights Film festival. Set on this historic campus, the mission of the festival is to uplift and support Human Rights storytelling, to promote awareness vocally and on a global scale. The event brought together a mixture of filmmakers and industry veterans. Out of state filmmakers traveled to Fulton County to learn more about producing their next projects here.
