Happening in Fulton: Accountability Court Fall Graduation

Fulton County Accountability Court celebrates six participants graduating with a new outlook on life. Superior Court coordinates the program as an alternative incarceration for citizens facing a felony level charge and who suffer substance abuse are mental health issues. Hear more from Court Support Manager Sharon Reaves. It's a vicious cycle for you to just continue to go in and out of jail without getting some type of treatment. So that's where we come in; they receive treatment for 18-24 months and hopefully at the end of these 24 months or however long it takes you, you're able to come back out as a well-adjusted citizen into the community.
