District 5 Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr. held a meeting with senior citizens and the District 5 Town Hall. Hear more from District 5 Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr. We're here today to talk to our seniors to inform them that we are the new commissioners in this area and that the district lines have changed. Also we're here to help them to make sure they're receiving county services.
