The Caribbean Soca Festival was held at the Helene S. Mills Senior Multipurpose Facility. Caribbean music, dancing, food, and fun. This is the soul of calypso Soca celebration for Older Americans Month at the Helene S. Mills Senior Multipurpose Facility. Hear more from Mills City Manager Sonia Foster. We're having a Soca festival which we're bringing in Caribbean music, Caribbean food, dancers from Atlanta Caribbean Dance Theater and we're just having a good time.
