The 7th Certified Public Manager Program Proclamation Ceremony was held. Hear more from Chief Human Resources Officer Kenneth Herman Jr. We graduated our 7th cohort of certified public managers from our Certified Public Managers Training Program. This is the crown jewel of our employee development program where we've partnered with UGA to offer 50 employees a year to go through this 9 month 300 hour intensive training program where they get to build relationships with individuals from other departments within the county that they may have never worked with. They get to work on significant Capstone projects that benefit the communities that we serve and get to really hone their skills and get them ready for the next phase of their careers within Public Service.
