Fulton Fresh Mobile Market held a food talk class. Hear more from Senior Participant Andrea Ruffin. This is a wonderful program. They give you fresh fruits and vegetables. They give you tips on cooking. They give you the ingredients to go in. They prepare a demonstration so you can see how to prepare it. Then they talk about nutrition and healthy eating which of course as we all particularly get older need to be aware of.
