The National Black Arts Festival celebrates 35 years of programming with a packed gala and showcase. Filmmaker and director Will Packer was honored with the Trailblazer in Arts Award. Fulton County was a major force in creating NBAF and continues to financially support the organization. A number of commissioners attended the gala and showcase featuring a host of entertainers.
