Extra extra read all about it! Fulton County adopts a new legal organ effective January 1st 2024. The neighborhood newspapers took over the printing of legal notices such as civil and criminal court dates, tax sales, foreclosures, and probate filings. For decades, The Daily Report published the announcements. After a recent shift by The Daily Report to an all digital format, Fulton County needed to find a new organization to print the items as specified in the Georgia Constitution. Like its predecessor, the neighborhood newspapers will have an office in the Lewis Slayton Courthouse at 136 Pryor St, SW in Suite CB14.
