The Fulton County Solicitor's Office is holding a cross swearing in ceremony with the city of Atlanta solicitor general. Operation Double Victory will help resolve misdemeanor cases which originate in the city of Atlanta's Municipal Court and are later bound over to Fulton County State Court.
