Some are positive like wearable technology and multigenerational housing, while others require caution and awareness such as the continued threats of scams and frauds against seniors. Smart wearables can monitor the heart rate, blood pressure, or sleep patterns. Some of this technology can monitor mental health and provide insights into stress levels and emotional well-being.
