The Couture & Compassion Fashion show was held at the Southwest Arts Center. Hear more from Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities Director Latrina Foster. We are excited to be here (the Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities) and the Arts & Culture Department as well as Commissioner Arrington. It's an exciting moment and an opportunity to increase awareness around mental health since this is Mental Health Awareness Month.
