Fulton County and Grady Health System Ribbon Cutting for Senior Medicare Wellness Days

Join us on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 10 a.m. for the launch and ribbon cutting of Senior Medicare Wellness Days, a free service available to Fulton County Seniors 65 years and older with Medicare Part B. The new initiative, which is offered at select Fulton County Senior Centers, is designed to maximize community access. Services include advanced-care planning, neuro-cognitive assessments, depression screenings, fall risk assessments, home safety evaluations, and educational sessions.
Following the ceremony, attendees are welcome to tour the Senior Medicare Wellness Day area for a closer look.
