This is a courtyard commission to honor and remember our beloved Judge Willie J. Lovett Jr. Judge Lovett was known to keep the courtyard up, plant trees, and was known as our plant whisperer in the court. He was more importantly known for his love and dedication of the court and the demonstrated love commitment to the families and children that we serve. We want it to be something that is hopeful, something beautiful, something that is a contrast to the trauma and not healthy environment just outside the doors of the court.
