The Commissioner is inviting residents back to continue a virtual discussion regarding the property tax assessment process.
Fulton County District 1 Commissioner Bridget Thorne is inviting residents back to talk taxes once again. The Commissioner will host a 2nd virtual meeting to discuss property tax assessments at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
“It was clear following our initial town hall held on July 8, that when it comes to this process, there is still much to discuss,” said Commissioner Thorne. “If the residents in District 1 have questions, I not only want to hear from them, but I need to hear from them. This topic is too important, and discussion must happen.”
Residents joining the session will get another opportunity to hear from experts in the Fulton County Board of Assessors office. The team will provide updates regarding tax notices, the appeals process, and answer resident’s questions.
