The City of Palmetto had their 1st inaugural National Night Out. Hear more from City of Palmetto Mayor Teresa Thomas-Smith. I am so grateful for everything that it took to do this. Everybody, whatever value they added to this experience whether it was on the planning side, showing up in a vehicle, whether it was bringing the camera to do the interview, whether it was just to come out and partake in what we're offering. I am so thankful that the city of Palmetto, the blooming city, is blooming in a way that everybody can see it. What I would like everybody to know about Palmetto is even though some people see us at the bottom of the county, we know that we're the foundation and we're holding everybody else up. We're holding it up and down for everybody down in 30268 where love, peace, and harmony abide. That's who we are.
