Join the Commissioner as he gives District 5 residents a closer look urban farming.
Fulton County District 5 Commissioner Marvin S. Arrington, Jr., is inviting District 5 residents to come out for some fun down on the farm! The Commissioner will host Harvest Day at @GROWKulture on Saturday, November 8, 2025. Future farmers will also get a chance to meet Kendall Rae Johnson, author of ‘The Growing Places’, during a meet and greet and book signing.
Commissioner Arrington and Johnson, who is the youngest USDA Certified Farmer, will join Commissioner Arrington and all potential urban farmers at @GROWKulture at 2925 Fairburn Road in Southwest Atlanta from Noon until 3 p.m. Come on out to tour the farm, visit the produce market, and see the chefs at work.
