It's important for the county to host when you do it in mass because you have to get individual judges to swear in each attorney. So we've always felt that it would be good to put everybody together so there's camaraderie and they can meet. We have a job fair going on; they can get all of the stuff in a one-stop shop. It is so important in the justice system that we have good lawyers. I would just say to them the theme of the day was integrity and working in your purpose. I'll say to them just make sure you stay grounded and just do the right thing all the time even when people aren't watching.
