Fulton County is celebrating Funk Jazz Kafé, a movement that helped shape Atlanta's cultural identity. Hear more from District 5 Commissioner Marvin S. Arrington Jr. People that were not able to experience Funk Jazz Kafé were actually able to experience it tonight here at the Tara Theater thanks to Jason Orr and Fulton Arts. So, we're just happy to be able to tell these stories because if we don't tell our stories, we'll always be the villain. So hats off to Jason Orr and Funk Jazz Kafé not only for the great work that they did, but for telling the story and passing that story on to others.
