Fulton County FACE the Icons Returns for Second Year to Inspire Young Men Through Real Conversations

February 19, 2026
Building on the success of its inaugural year, Fulton County’s Department of Arts & Culture announces the return of FACE the Icons: “A Candid Conversation,” a curated panel discussion designed to equip and inspire young men ages 18–24.

The second annual event will take place on Wednesday, February 25, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Shirley A. Massey Executive Conference Center, Bank of America Auditorium, on the campus of Morehouse College, 830 Westview Dr. SW, Atlanta, GA 30314.

Moderated by actor Lamman Rucker, the evening will feature an accomplished lineup of industry leaders, including rapper, actor and activist David Banner; actor, author, and former NFL player Stevie Baggs; Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney; designer and artist Alexander John; and gaming industry executive Todd Harris. Together, they bring leadership experience across entertainment, public service, entrepreneurship, and design. Entertainment will be provided for the evening by DJ Tron.

“After a powerful inaugural year, we knew FACE the Icons had to return,” said David Manuel, Director of Fulton County Arts & Culture. “The initiative creates direct access between accomplished leaders and young men who are shaping their futures. In its second year, we are building on that momentum and strengthening our commitment to mentorship, exposure, and meaningful opportunity.”

The panel will explore career pathways within the creative industry while offering honest dialogue around discipline, financial literacy, conflict resolution, relationships, and personal accountability. Panelists will share real-world experiences, lessons learned, and practical insights to help attendees navigate both professional aspirations and personal growth.

FACE the Icons is part of Fulton County’s broader FACE Experience, a cultural initiative highlighting the County’s commitment to fashion, art, culture, and education while connecting residents to meaningful opportunities for engagement and economic mobility.
