Fulton County Presents "EmpowerHER 2026 A Celebration of Women in Art."

In recognition of Women’s History Month, the Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture, in partnership with the Emma Darnell Aviation Museum and Conference Center, will present “EmpowerHER: A Celebration of Women in Art.”
The exhibition will be held at the Emma Darnell Aviation Museum and Conference Center, located at 3900 Aviation Circle NW in Atlanta, and features the work of more than 200 contemporary women artists from the Atlanta area. The collection showcases a wide range of artistic mediums that reflect the voices, experiences and achievements of women in the arts.
The exhibition will open with a public reception from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2026, and will remain on view through Saturday, April 25, 2026. A special bus tour highlighting the exhibition will take place Saturday, March 14, offering attendees another opportunity to experience the artwork and connect with the creative community behind the exhibition.
“EmpowerHER” highlights the creativity and impact of women artists while fostering community engagement and appreciation for the arts during Women’s History Month. The exhibition is free and open to the public.
