Election Results to Be Posted After All Polls Are Closed Tonight

The results from Fulton County’s May 19 Primary election will be shared after all polls have closed. Two precincts at Ison Springs Elementary School will stay open until 11:02 p.m. to ensure everyone can vote. Fulton County's choice to wait before releasing the results is based on careful review of Georgia Election Code O.C.G.A. Section 21-2-493(a) and State Election Board Rule 183-1-12-.12(d). Fulton County Election Results to Be Posted After All Polls Are Closed Tonight

Results from Fulton County’s May 19 Primary election will be posted after all polls close.

Two Fulton County precincts located at Ison Springs Elementary School will remain open until 11:02 p.m.

These precincts were closed for approximately 4 hours during today’s election due to a multiagency law enforcement response involving the Sandy Springs Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and other agencies.

Fulton County’s decision to hold election results until the closure of all polling places is based on a review of Georgia Election Code O.C.G.A. Section 21-2-493(a) and State Election Board Rule 183-1-12-.12(d).
