Happening in Fulton: Fulton County Hosts Town Hall on Reparations Harm Report

Fulton County held a town hall to discuss the Reparations Harm Report. Hear more from Author - Historian Karcheick Sims-Alvarado, PH.D. Questions that's commonly asked are what does harm look like? How is the county actually held responsible? This report actually provides answers to those questions showing the government caused harm and specifically looking at Fulton County's role in causing harm to its black residents over time, really over a century and a half. What we've done with our study is actually show the ways in which the county has caused harm, quantified that information, and actually put a number to what recompense would actually look like.
