Fulton County Accepting Proposals for the HOME American Rescue Plan Supportive Services Program
Fulton County has announced that the proposal period for the HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME ARP) Program will soon be underway. The Department of Community Development will unveil the application process on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. The proposal will be made available on the BidNet Direct’s website.
Community Development will award a total of $2,344,029 in HOME ARP funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Funding is available to provide eligible McKinney- Vento supportive services and Homeless Prevention Services that help prevent homelessness or assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness access housing by providing financial support.
Proposals must comply with HOME ARP Notice CPD 21 10, applicable sections of 24 CFR Part 92, 2 CFR Part 200, and all Fulton County contract requirements. Eligible service areas include all of Fulton County outside the City of Atlanta.

Responses to the RFP are to be received online via BidNet no later than Thursday, July 23, 2026. No proposals will be accepted after 11 a.m.
