The 2026 Fulton County Citizens University started with County Manager Dick Anderson. Hear more from Community Relations Manager Africa Roberson. We were elated to have our County Manager, Mr. Dick Anderson come and address our constituents and tell our constituents about Fulton County's programs and services.
