Fulton County Recognizes Customer Service All-stars During Annual Observance

More than 150 Legends will be recognized during Customer Service Week October 5 – 9, 2026
Fulton County is pleased to announce its official annual participation in National Customer Service Week, taking place from October 5–9, 2026. First recognized by the U.S. Congress in 1992, this international recognition of customer service professionals serves as an opportunity for the county to reinforce its commitment to providing responsive, compassionate, and professional service to all citizens.
This week-long celebration highlights the importance of excellent customer service and acknowledges the invaluable contributions of customer service professionals. In Fulton County, customer service representatives serve as the primary information hub for all residents —handling everything from answering resident inquiries online and by phone, to assisting constituents with language-translation services, guiding neighbors through official local processes, and resolving complaints.
“Our employees represent the true meaning of quality customer service,” said Fulton County Manager Dick Anderson. “Customer Service Week is our opportunity to celebrate together by connecting with each other, showing appreciation, and giving back to residents and the incredible team here at Fulton County who works to serve them every day.”
“Our customer service professionals touch nearly every corner of daily life in our community,” said Customer Service Division Director Brigitte Bailey. “Whether it is a resident requesting information about vehicle registration, taxes, or senior services, our team works tirelessly to ensure that every interaction is met with an excellent attitude. This week is about publicly thanking them.”
The national theme of Going the Extra Mile speaks to the dedication of service provided in Fulton County. In observance of Customer Service Week, Fulton County’s recognition of all professionals includes celebratory activities such as pop-ups and an opportunity to win trivia game prizes.
The Annual Customer Service Legends Luncheon will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026. This invitation only event honors those employees who have been recognized throughout the year as high performing customer service professionals demonstrating exceptional service to Fulton County citizens and employees.
In Fulton County, the Customer Service Division serves as the main information hub for Fulton County’s service offerings and contacts, researches and resolves customer complaints, assists customers who need information in a language other than English, offers communication services for the hearing impaired, and provides notary services for customers conducting official Fulton County business.
