Fulton County Voters Consider Renewal of TSPLOST During 2026 General Election
October 20, 2026
Voters in 14 North & South Fulton cities will notice a ballot question for the renewal of a Transportation Local Option Sales Tax (TSPLOST) renewal on their ballots for the 2026 General Election.
TSPLOST is a 0.75 cent sales tax collected in Fulton County outside the city of Atlanta for the specific purpose of infrastructure investment. Revenues from TSPLOST are divided among Fulton County cities based on population. These funds support a variety of transportation and connectivity projects across Fulton County.
